Returns/Issues with Order:

Items are nonreturnable due to the nature of them being custom made and for hygienic reasons. Seamstress made clothes fit differently than clothes purchased at a store. Size charts are available so you can measure to ensure a proper fit of clothing items.

Turn Around Time (TAT):

BittyBeeCo's current TAT is 15-25 business days, with the exception of preorder fabrics which can take up to 6-12 weeks after the preorder of the fabric closes.

During drops, TAT will be posted on the banner of the site. You can also follow the facebook group to see current TAT and if there are delays. All announcements are posted to the FB group.

Please watch children while they are wearing BittyBeeCo accessories.

Shipping:

All items will ship based on what the TAT was when the item was purchased. Any delays will be announced in the Facebook group  

Items are typically shipped First Class Mail which includes tracking, but not insurance.  Should you wish to add on shipping insurance please contact us before placing your order so we can calculate the cost and invoice you for the difference in shipping.  

BittyBeeCo is not responsible for items once they have been shipped through USPS. You are paying for a service with them so if your items get lost, damaged, sent to the wrong address, are later than expected if mailed by BittyBeeCo on time, or any other thing USPS is responsible for that item. Thank you for understanding that you are paying through my store for a service with USPS and they should be held responsible.
